During times of illness, we can feel like victims to our bodies and desperate for help. Conditions like FND can cause particular anguish when the unpredictability and vast range of symptoms can leave sufferers and caregivers alike confused and distressed.  At these times, we rely on the doctors and medical professionals to take us by the hand and show us what to do.  We have come to expect a pill or treatment that will help us and make us well again.  When that tried and tested system fails we can feel totally at a loss.

The human body has amazing healing, restorative and regenerative abilities many of which are as yet not fully understood by science but it doesn’t take very long to find wonderful personal healing stories that demonstrate this ability perfectly.

It is often said that the smallest changes can make a world of difference to how you feel.  A wide range of natural approaches promote improved health and work in a holistic way with the body’s natural healing resources. Many of these healing methods have been around for hundreds of years and have stood the test of time.

No time is ever wasted on getting ourselves back to health and living the life we love. We can feel truly proud of our endeavours.  My hope is that you will be inspired to create your own special recipe for restoring good health, confident that you can make a difference to your life and health. As you make friends with your body and work with it, each thing you try is a chance for you to create the right conditions for your body to repair, regenerate and feel better.

I am not trained in any way, not an expert in any natural healing field. I am an expert in my husbands experience of Functional Seizures and a passionate explorer of health and well being.
