If you access our websites or Facebook groups or other social medias, FND Hope will have access to some of your Personal Information. FND Hope relies on your consent lawfully to handle your Personal Information. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. You can see your Personal Information, and promptly have it corrected or removed. If you’ve not used our website or a Facebook Group for over a year, we will assume that you’ve withdrawn your consent and automatically delete your Personal Information including any archived data.
The type of Personal Information we may hold
This is your name, an identification number, address, something specific to you including a physical, mental, cultural or social identity, medical condition, gender, marital status, sexual orientation or religion.
How we get your Personal Information
There are two types of information that we collect. Some data, such as IP addresses, we collect automatically. Other is the sort of data that you supply to us yourself.

FND Hope personnel are trained in the proper use of personal information and access is on a ‘need-to-know’ basis. Unauthorised sharing of information is prohibited. We will never sell or trade your Personal Information for any commercial or other purpose. We may transfer information between FND Hope International and affiliated country organisations in a way that fully protects your rights. FND Hope has a Register of Systems where we list all devices that contain personal information. Access to this is limited to key personnel.
